Mild Nature currently ships orders within the United States only.

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, though delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Mild Nature is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transportation are outside of our control. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier claims, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the cost of returned products only. Original shipping costs, taxes, duties, and tariffs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the order has not yet shipped.

Exchanges are processed as returns. Once a return is approved, customers may place a new order for their desired item. Mild Nature cannot reserve inventory for exchanges.
